Bathmate Returns & Warranty Information


Once you buy a hydropump through this website, you'll be protected in two ways. For 60 days after purchase, you'll be able to claim a full refund if you're not satisfied for any reason at all.

We would advise that most customers report lasting gains after about a month of use, well within the 60 day window, giving you time to experience the power of Bathmate. We'd also recommend contacting our support team immediately if you believe there's any issue with the pump - your free 2-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects.


Bathmate Warranty Information

If you buy a hydropump from this site, you'll automatically receive a 2-year warranty, with longer-lasting extended warranties available as an upgrade. 
Our warranties start from the day that you receive your pump, and last 2 years by default. To use your warranty, you just need to register your Bathmate, and we recommend doing this as soon as you receive your pump. You'll find full information on our registration page, and all you need is the unique PID printed on your pump.
The warranty covers two main areas, protecting you against any manufacturing defects or malfunctions with any part of your pump. With every Bathmate built to last, and heavily tested before sale, your warranty just provides an extra level of protection, including any necessary replacement parts.

Returning Your Bathmate

If you want to return your Bathmate for any reason, just get in touch with our support team, and we'll send you all the information you need to send your pump back and claim a refund. We're available online at - our team are based in the UK, and are available to process returns from Monday-Friday. 

We do require that you send your pump back in order to claim a refund, and hygienically destroy all returned pumps. At the present time, we cannot offer refunds for return shipping, but will completely refund your pump purchase if returned within the 60 day post-purchase window, regardless of why you return the pump.

Note that this return offer may only be claimed once per customer, to avoid any kind of fraud or similar issue.
